Privacy Policy

Template. This document is not in force until the operator sets LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME, LEGAL_JURISDICTION and LEGAL_EMAIL and has it reviewed by counsel.

This policy explains what [LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME] collects when you use ProtocolJobs.

What we store

  • Wallet addresses you sign in with, and the public onchain activity of the escrow contract (jobs, payouts, refunds).
  • Profile details you enter: username, name, bio, location, skills, links, avatar.
  • GitHub data if you connect GitHub: your login and id, and public facts about pull requests and commits you submit as proof.
  • Work records: applications, submissions, reviews, messages and files you upload. Private files are stored in a private bucket and shared only with the job's participants.
  • Operational data: rate-limit counters keyed by IP address, and server logs.

What we don't do

We don't sell personal data, run ad trackers, or store private keys.

Onchain data is public

Anything written to the blockchain (addresses, amounts, transaction hashes) is public and permanent and can't be deleted by us.

Processors

Database, storage and realtime updates run on Supabase; the site is hosted on Vercel. If AI review summaries are enabled, submission text may be sent to Anthropic to generate a summary.

Your choices

You can edit or delete profile details in Settings, disconnect GitHub, and ask us to delete off-chain data at [LEGAL_EMAIL].

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies only: pj_session (your signed-in session) and pj_siwe_nonce / pj_gh_state (one-time sign-in and GitHub connection checks).
