What ProtocolJobs is

ProtocolJobs is a marketplace where projects ("protocols") post scoped jobs and builders complete them. Rewards are held by a non-custodial escrow smart contract. [LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME] never holds your keys and cannot move escrowed funds except as the contract allows: the funder approves payouts, the builder claims them, and in a dispute an arbiter can only split a job's remaining reward between that job's funder and builder.

Your wallet and account

You sign in by signing a message with your wallet. You are responsible for your wallet, its keys, and every transaction you sign. Onchain transactions are final and can't be reversed by us.

Posting and funding jobs

Job scope, deliverables and acceptance criteria must be accurate. A job shows as funded only after the escrow contract has received the full reward and fee. Platform fees are shown before you sign and are locked per job.

Doing work

Builders must submit their own work and truthful proof. Submitting someone else's work, spoofed links or fake results is prohibited. Approval decisions are made by the protocol's team; AI summaries, when available, are informational only and never decide payouts.

Disputes

Either party can open a dispute on an assigned job. An admin reviews the scope, submissions, messages and proof and resolves it onchain by splitting the remaining reward.

Prohibited use

No illegal work, malware, phishing, market manipulation, sanctions evasion, spam, or attempts to attack the service or the contract.

Disclaimers

The service and contracts are provided "as is". Smart contracts and blockchains carry risk, including bugs, network outages and token price changes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, [LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME]'s liability is limited to the fees you paid to the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of [LEGAL_JURISDICTION].
